Great Place for Staunch Fascists - 6/15/2021
Laurel Hill is a small city right next to Crestview, so that says a lot. It is jampacked with racists, homophobes, zealots, you name it. Not LGBTQIA+ friendly, or POC friendly, or anything friendly for that matter. The idea of pet ownership here is throwing a puppymill puppy in the backyard and hoping it survives, so if you are looking for an area with dog sports, horse sports, 4H, etc., this isn't the place. Crestview traffic is horrendous and there is nothing to do here that is worthy of the driving distance. The upside is that housing is cheap and it can be very pretty/peaceful.
