Continuing To Grow - 6/1/2023
Quinlan, TX gets a bad rep but it does seem like its changing and it will continue toe evolve. The recently opened bypass will hurt downtime initially but it also will make it safer (less traffic) and maybe allow for an evolution. I think the area will continue to grow as metroplex expands. I wouldn't be surprised to see the area blow up in the next 10 years given its proximity to the Lake and with the WFM movement. A pretty place to live - 5/26/2018
If you like a rural setting you will enjoy. If you are a shopper or movie goer you can forget it. No real quality of shopping here. I go to Rockwall as Greenville is also lacking. People are very friendly here. You will be surrounded by a poorer than average population that is not very concerned about the quality of food they eat or water they drink etc. They are very uninformed about what is going on in government and other modern concerns People here are not materialistic and simple for the most part. You will run into the occasional person with a college degree but don鈥檛 count on community activism as most Quinlanits don鈥檛 know what a chem trail is, nanotechnology or even what GMO food is. For a pretty and quiet place with mostly friendly people Quinlan is your town. It鈥檚 a great place for vintage stores on Main Street my favorite is M P Vine owned by Michael Preston. For restraints only a couple of possibilities.
