Houses are not cheap in South Windsor. Lots of recent commercial development if you like that sort of thing. The people are snobby in an upper-middle class sort of way - they have enough money to keep up with the neighbors but aren't truly wealthy. Good roads and the schools have a good reputation. If you have the money send your kids to prep school, though.
