I have been living in this neighborhood for 10 years. It is a very calm neighborhood. This neighborhood consists of ONLY residental housing. My house costed $265,000. I have a 3 bed 2 bath house with 1,700 sq ft with a 2 car garage with a 0.38 acre yard. Good neighborhood for families with kids. Pleanty of room to ride bikes!!! Very inexpensive for quality of housing.
