So-So - 6/25/2020
I moved here from the east coast 20 years ago. The pace of life was slower back then, the area has grown out of control. No, I don't expect everything to come to a stand still once I move here but there is a happy medium.
Neighbors are not friendly at all. Unless you want to be in a click, gossip and stick your nose where it doesn't belong you won't fit. A lot of retirees with no hobbies.
Weather is lovely! Nice summers with warm nights and a passing storm and the other seasons are nice as well. We've only seen a few blizzards in 20 years, normally snow melts fairly quickly. I will say the winters have been brutal the past 2 years, not sure what that's all about but it's bone chilling cold.
Everyone at the stores, offices, etc are very nice. They go out of their way to help and remember your face if you are kind to them. Is it really too difficult for some to show some appreciation? Apparently so as I get thanked all the time for being
