peaceful, plenty of stores, natural setting - 5/15/2017
I recommend the 'Pine Run' community here in Ocala because it is the most economical, peaceful, convenient community in the area. We own our own land and the houses are site built. The monthly fee is under $ 100. The home prices are usually anywhere from $30,000 to 80,000. Why so low ? They are not super modern (but are easily updated). Some are smaller , some are handyman/woman specials. The streets are quiet enough to safely ride a bicycle. The pools are big enough to swim and jump in. We even have a supermarket 'health food' store that rivals the large ones in big cities. You can drive almost anywhere in about 20 minutes or less ( although most needed places are no further that 4 miles away). So, come on down.
