New Homes going up every month - 12/25/2007
Scottdale is going to be the place to be in the Decatur Area soon. There are new, two story homes going up every month and the homes are selling fast. The apartment buildings, I call rats nests, are being torn down as builders are moving in. The homes are bringing in more higher income middle class than what is here now and that just mean the once dirt low property tax ($800) is going away and the new ($4000) tax is going to push a lot of poor people out, which is just fine with
