This is a great old garden apartment complex. It's like living in a zoo with our geese, ducks, wild turkeys, woodpeckers, lots of squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and other small furry animals. The small furry animals attract owls, and they are interesting too.
Plus I'm less than a mile to Costco, Samsclub, Super Target and Meijers and a Fresh Market.
The airport is three miles away with direct flights to NYC, Washington, Denver, the places I go most often.
Grand Rapids has a lot of wealthy people and they support the culture with Symphonies, Operas, Ballet, Theater and lots of concerts. Plus the health care is superb.
