The cost of living is affordable, but job options are limited. However, the slower pace of life and beautiful surroundings make up for it."

2) Review by John D.: "I've lived in McKenzie for over 20 years and it's a great place to raise a family. The schools are top-notch and the crime rate is low. The only downside is the lack of entertainment options, but Memphis is only an hour away for a day trip."

3) Review by Emily P.: "I moved to McKenzie for college and fell in love with the town. The people are so welcoming and there's a strong sense of community involvement. It may be small, but there are plenty of local events and festivals to keep you entertained. Plus, the cost of living is unbeatable."

4) Review by Mark S.: "McKenzie may be a small town, but it's full of character and charm. The downtown area is quaint and there are some great local businesses. However, the job market is limited and there aren't many options for dining and shopping. If you're looking for a quiet, close-knit community, this is the place for you."

The home prices are very affordable and most have a little land with them. Its about 15 miles from Paris TN which is a much larger town, and about 40 miles from Jackson, which is way bigger (an actual City). Read More
