Overpriced! Overpriced!! Overpriced!!! - 11/1/2018
When we first moved to Royse City, the property taxes in our area we're $1500-$2500. Now they're roughly $6000 per year for a home near the $200,000 price range. The roads are extremely congested from traffic, and we don't have lights where we need them to help with the traffic issues. We have a hand full of the same businesses instead of a variety that we need. The home prices have jumped at an unbelievable rate. People are being taxed out of the community.
