Not one of the best small cities - 11/10/2020
Small city has several big problems. Do not buy a home near or on S County RD. The road is a freeway for numerous large very noisy semis
That speed down the road 24/7 particularly in harvest season. The noise & volume are horrific. The police to not enforce the speed limit, the compression brake ban, the unsecured load regulation and the semi noise severely violates state noise pollution limits . Bypass for the trucks not happening. The city does not respond to questions thru their website. The information can be incorrect regarding services. The water while legally drinkable is not you must have a water filter it is so highly chlorinated. I feel the city ignores many ordinances.
