Great place to raise a family. Wide open spaces with plenty of outdoor activities to offer. A community currently of 446 people. My husband and I are graduates of this little town. The school district is nice as it is very small offering K-12 public school under one roof with a new addition of a public Montessori. Class sizes vary anywhere from 20-35 people. The people are all born and raised locals for the most part. Quite friendly but since there isn't a lot to offer in the town the locals enjoy sitting in the bars every night of the week gossiping about the local politics. There is one grocery store located on Main Street. The prices are extremely high but the service is excellent. There are two main restaurants in this town, The Birchwood Caf茅 and Paul's Pizza Den. The Birchwood Caf茅 has amazing home cooked meals but also a little spendy. The customer service is very friendly and it can accommodate larger groups of people.
