Living in Colgate, ND is a unique experience. It's a small town with a population of just over 300 people, so it's very quiet and peaceful here. Everyone knows each other and we take great pride in our community. We have plenty of open space and great views, making it easy to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
