Its a very small town. Great treed community. Horses and no crime. Winter is harsh sometimes but other times snows and sun is out and Im playing basketball and horseback riding..10 minutes to the new Walmart. 20 minutes to Parker everything there you need.... great schools.35 minutes to Southlands mall 40 to Denver
