Drunken WalMart - 2/27/2007
Warrensburg is a college town in the middle of a lot of farming areas. I do not drink much, but I like to joke that the only things to do in Warrensburg are to go to Pine Street (the bar area) or the 24hour WalMart. They're really better when combined. Get drunk, and go to WalMart in the middle of the night. All joking aside, there doesn't seem to be much to do here. There is a small theater, which is okay, but doesn't seem to get the latest movies all the time. There are some really nice parks, and all-in-all it's not a bad community. There is definitely something lacking in the entertainment department

The increased population caused an increase in housing developments on the town's edges, but the housing was geared to those with lots of disposable income. The central parts of the town got older and more run-down.
In addition, Warrensburg is home of the University of Central Missouri, formerly Central Missouri State University, and before that Central Missouri State College. There is no
