I moved to Hurley in 2001 because I could buy a well-built, 60-yr-old, 700 sq ft house for only $30,000, also the climate extremes are the mildest of any place I've ever lived (except for Bay Area, California, which is off the scale of exorbitance). According to Sperling, the median price of a Hurley home is now 210,000??? Something is "rotten in Denmark" here. If there is a $210,000 house in Hurley, I'd be inclined to eat it.
