I鈥檝e lived in Cotopaxi for 2.5 years and love it! If you like the mountains and space you will love it here. Weather is great with exception of. The wind. Lots of wind here. Lots of sunny weather..

I would agree with the review. Wind but, it is quiet, relaxing and has a good small town feel. Maybe because it is! Lots of sun and even when the clouds come it is still a beautiful place.
