Still looking for a small town without a Starbucks looming? Eagleville, TN is an amazing place where you can find affordable land, housing, great schools and even a live bluegrass band on Saturday nights at Bread and Jam (the local restaurant).
I've very happy to say that I am a resident and wouldn't live anywhere else.
