The good parts: proximity to Seattle and Bellingham, large enough for decent hospital system, ok access to food and drink, near the water
The Bad parts: most everything else…cost of living, homelessness, city of full of crappy wannabe gangster street racers, naval base in city (double edged sword), dilapidated houses, rampant druggies roaming the town, etc…
