We've lived here for 25 years. There aren't many places like it in the US. Many wonderful neighborhoods. Friendly people. Reasonable cost of living. Great weather ( OK, so we have a few hot and a few cold days, it's Kansas, already). The spring is glorious. The fall is awesome. The winter is tolerable. The summer is hot, but that's what we have AC and pools for!
