Fantastic place to live, great for families

I've lived in Malabar for 9 years and really enjoy the country style of living only minutes away from the intercoastal and the ocean. The nice thing about Malabar is that homes that are built must have at least one acre of land. This is also horse country and a lot of hobby farms. Folks tend to stay to themselves but will help their neighbors if in need. We are close to the Palm Bay hospital and lots of options for shopping. We are also home of the famous photography studio Malabar studios. Lots of great things to do here in Malabar For any age group.
