Positives and negatives

This has been a great place to live for many reasons. Great place to raise kids. Good schools, small community, low crime, great recreation (all water activities: boating, swimming, etc.)four seasons, great shopping, and restaurants.
Great reasons have a downside. Huge tourist area. Expensive to live (high taxes, rents, home prices). Can be a little too expensive for retirees on a fixed income.
I wouldn't change a thing up to now. But being a retiree now, I have to think a little differently. Where will I get the most for my money, and unfortunately it's not here. Also, children and grandchildren live elsewhere.
