The gold is going out, not coming in. This is one of the most expensive places in the U.S. to live. Even minor household items are greatly inflated. Vet bills, double the normal amount and add on some. Better be ready to drive a Mercedes and spend above a million for a small house. Is the climate worth it? You decide.
