Northlake is located in the Golden Traingle on the DFW Metroplex, just north of the world famous Texas Motorspeedway on Interstate I-35W. Current job market, Fortune 500 companies and Alliance and DFW Airports have spurred on the local housing market to start platting of over 65,000 new homes lots in several masterplanned communities. The Speedway Town Center, a high-end open air life style center with over 2 million feet of retail space was just annouced for the corner of I-35W and FM1171.
