boring city that has absolutely pathetic job growth, very few residents actually work in Oak Park because it is a small city that most businesses see as an unattractive area, in fact you are more likely to see buildings being razed. This is a dying city unlike the suburbs north of interstate 696 that seem to suffer from overdevelopment.
