Randallstown has changed so much in the past generation. And none of it has been positive. It has a huge welfare entitlement sub-culture now. No way would I raise a family there. Crime is very much a factor. It's nickname is vandallstown. The City Data shows Randallstown with a "medium" rating, but trust me, there are variations within this zip code. The areas near Liberty Road are not so good, in fact, downright unpleasant. But the futher away you get from that MD 26, the nicer the neighborhoods seem. However, if you are considering Randallstown, and you want nice schools and safe streets, think about driving a few miles west into Carroll County. But beware the commutes! Hope this helps someone!
