Having lived here the past 20 years, I think it's a rather good location in regards to the NW Baltimore Metro area. In particular, the area between Owings Mills and Reisterstown is poised for growth along Red Run Blvd. and even in this "down" economy there is much new construction. Pretty good sports town too. Only down side is the traffic, but that's the Baltimore area in general. The Baltimore Beltway is the stuff legends are made of.
