We had to move here for my husbands job ( In Joseph City) and it is the worst place I've ever been to. The crime is ridiculous. There are a bunch of drunks and druggies here. It is not safe for children. There is absolutely nothing to do. No movies, no bowling alley, barely any shopping or restaurants. You will be lucky to find a decent job. It is a dying town and very ugly. Like anywhere in Northern Arizona, it is expensive for anything dealing with vehicles. Don't be shocked if your registration on an 07' is over $200. Winslow is a huge speed trap. A ticket for one mile over the speed limit (which they will give you, is $220.
