Great Place to live - 8/4/2011
I've lived in angelus oaks for about a year and love it. The people wave at you and are very friendly. I thought it would be expensive to live there but it's so cheap. I get all the wood I need for winter from the forest. You pay a flate rate for water. You don't need AC. I have a septic so I pay no sewer changes at all. You get a free P O Box. You can buy a small house for less than 100k so you property taxes will be low for the rest of your life. The view from my home is beatiful and the air is
