dont do it - 2/27/2007
I moved down here 5 years ago from new england, and regret it ever since. The educational systems are a mess, I have my kids in private schools. The propery taxes have spiked to unreal prices. The people are not as friendly as you may think. To have a decent house you have to live in a gated community. If you try and sell you house it will take almost a year.Oh and they are still pissed off about the war no matter what you hear. This area is great if you enjoy the beach, are retired, and dont mind a stonch christian way of life with a megar way of living. Other wise dont do it. Now I am going to look for my ruby slippers I wanna go
