Do Not Move To Lake Worth - 3/13/2017
I have lived in Lake Worth, Lake Charleston area for 30 yrs. Everything has changed in the last 10 years and it has become so crowded that it is impossible to avoid bad traffic during rush hour. The schools are not that great and have drug problems. The property taxes are very high and the housing is very expensive. Expect to pay at least $300K for a house. The jobs pay poorly and most employers don't offer medical insurance.

The neighborhood is friendly and safe with Very reasonable HOA dues(3 reasons we are not fans of the local Golf Community...) The area's best schools, easy turnpike access and a short commute to downtown WPB. Wish we had found Lake Charleston
