I've lived outside of Fulton for the last 22 yrs. The weather is terrible here. We usually go right from winter (extremely cold and long) to summer. We have very little spring and the summers are to short. As of today, we've have had very little warm weather. Today mid July the temp. is going to only 71 degrees. The winters are the worst.
