The highly-rated school district and family-friendly community make it an attractive place to settle down. However, it may not be the best choice for single individuals looking for a more active social scene. The town's central location and affordability make it a desirable place to live, but the high property taxes and traffic congestion during rush hour can be a drawback for some. Ultimately, it seems that Selden has its ups and downs, but it is ultimately a pleasant place to call home for many residents.
