s a teenager I saw rampant corruption in all 3 branches of government that went unchecked, and is probably the reason why Cleveland is a such terrible place to live today. The only good thing that I got out of living there is I met Cleveland policeman John Bonnell. He was a very good man. Other than meeting Officer Bonnell I feel the same way about Cleveland that W.C.
