I have lived in Winchester since 2010. I am hated by the neighbors since I have new ideas . I am constantly micromanaged, and they gripe about every change made to my residence by my landlord.What is puzzling to me is they have central air, internet, color TV, cable, air conditioned car. Irritation factor - 8/4/2010
We lived here seven years ago. I find the level of irritation here incredible for such a small town! I think it is related to the economy to a large degree. We rented one of the newer apartments in the area and the neighbors are horrible! Maybe I am getting old I don't know. But the inconsiderate attitude and noise is too much for me.
