As someone who has lived in Knoxville for many years, I have seen firsthand the impact of this concerning trend. It is important for our community to come together and address the root causes of this issue in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. In addition, the property crime rate in Knoxville is also higher than the national average, at 81.5 compared to 35.4. This highlights the need for increased efforts in crime prevention and law enforcement in our city. We must work together to make Knoxville a safer place for everyone.
