Castell, TX 76831 is a small unincorporated town in the Texas Hill Country. There is a rich history of religious congregations in the area, dating back to the late 19th century when some of the earliest settlers arrived in the region. Today there are several churches in Castell. The largest church is St. Thomas Catholic Church, which was founded in 1893 and serves hundreds of parishioners each week. Other churches include First Baptist Church and Grace Fellowship Church, both of which draw regular services from members of the community. In addition, there are several non-denominational churches including Faith Bible Chapel and Living Water Community Church which offer weekly worship experiences for their members.
