Tipton, KS is a small town with a population of less than 800 people and is located in Smith County. Despite its size, the schools in Tipton are highly rated. The local school district consists of a primary school for Kindergarten through 5th grade, a middle school for 6th through 8th grades, and high school for 9th through 12th grades.
