This service runs Monday through Saturday and provides easy access to local shopping, entertainment, medical care and other necessary services. Additionally, Dial-A-Ride offers passengers with disabilities door-to-door transportation in select areas of Decatur and surrounding communities, such as Fairmont. This service is available for all ages and also operates on Mondays through Saturdays. For those wishing to travel further out from Fairmont, Amtrak offers several trains that pass through nearby towns daily. Amtrak also offers a stop at the Decatur train station which can be accessed via DPT or Dial-A-Ride services.
