Located in the western part of the state, it is home to a diverse group of people who come from different backgrounds and walks of life. The town is served by three local government bodies: The Town Board, Dunn County Board of Supervisors, and the Village Board. Each board has its own set of elected officials that make decisions affecting the local community.
The Town Board consists of seven elected Town Supervisors who are responsible for managing day-to-day operations such as roads, sewer systems, and parks. The Dunn County Board of Supervisors consists of five members who serve four year terms and have jurisdiction over local elections, tax assessments, and county buildings. Finally, the Village Board is made up of three village trustees who are in charge of the municipal budget and zoning regulations.
