I have no idea about "hiding" criminal activities, but as someone that grew up in Okoboji, I do know that it does tend to get a little bit busier in the Summer-as ANY  More

Not to be rude to the residents of Okoboji, Ia, but the town hides a great majority of the crime. It is a summer fun town, why let it leak? Victoria  More
